Sure, children’s books are for children – but let’s be honest, us adults love them too! And it’s been a while since I could relate to a kids’ book as much as I could to Wolfboy by Andy Harkness. Why? Because it’s about something all of us deal with from time to time (or, for me –most days) –– being HANGRY. We loved helping Bloomsbury spread the word about this little wolf on the search for a snack!

AdBiblio Case Study: Stay at Home Sale from Bloomsbury
I like to think of myself as a pretty avid reader, but even I’m impressed with the sheer number of books I’ve finished over the last six weeks. I think I’ve set a new record. With the majority of people staying and working from home, so many like myself are turning to books for escape, to pass the time, and to help their kids continue to learn. And though the world is on lockdown, we love that publishers like Bloomsbury are still committed to doing all they can to inspire reading for all ages. We were thrilled to help them reach avid readers and book buyers for their stay at home sale!
AdBiblio Case Study: A Piglet Named Mercy from Candlewick
You know why I love Kate DiCamillo so much? Not only is she an amazing writer, but so many of her books feature really cute animals. I mean, have you met a more lovable mouse than Despereaux? And then there’s Mercy Watson, the adorable porcine wonder, who we now get to meet as a little piglet! We were super excited to help Candlewick spread the word for DiCamillo’s A Piglet Named Mercy.
AdBiblio Case Study: The Complete Cookbook for Young Chefs from Sourcebooks
Here at AdBiblio, we’re huge fans of running both cookbook and children’s books campaigns, so this really was the best of both worlds! For the first time ever, America’s Test Kitchen brings their scientific know-how, rigorous testing, and hands-on-learning to KIDS in the kitchen! Somewhere out there, I like to think the next Gordon Ramsay or Martha Stewart has finally gotten their hands on The Complete Cookbook for Young Chefs, and is ready to take on the world – one recipe at a time!
AdBiblio Case Study: Peg + Cat: The Eid al-Adha Adventure from Candlewick
Peg + Cat are back for another adventure! These adorably fun books about a young girl and her talking cat (spoiler alert) are based on the children’s book The Chicken Problem, which was published in 2012 by Billy Aronson and Jennifer Oxley. Since then, the series has become an Emmy Award-winning animated TV series. We were really excited to help Candlewick spread the word about the most recent book in the series, Peg + Cat: The Eid al-Adha Adventure!
AdBiblio Case Study: Candlewick Knightology
When I was in sixth grade, I was a “victim of the plague” at my middle school medieval festival. It is, to this day, my best performance. I LOVED the medieval time period as a kid, but, you know, more-so the knights, princesses and castles rather than the actual plague. When Candlewick reached out for help in promoting Knightology, I was reminded just how much my twelve year old self would love this book!
Candlewick Native Ad Case Study: Candlewick Podcast
Book advertising is, of course, AdBibio’s forte. We pride ourselves on being the best – and only – programmatic ad solution for book publishers and authors. But when a publisher like Candlewick wants to advertise a non-book product, like a podcast, we’re always excited to take on a new challenge!
